Embroidered side panel with 20" black #10 YKK Plastic Zipper and draw rope

Unit cost @ Qty of 70-75 covers $92.58 per each (including embroidery)
$6,340.80 - $6,803.52 (70-75 qty with 6 w/o embroidery**)
**Unembroidered pieces will be invoiced with $23.33 discount per each
 
6 pieces to be expedited without embroidery (est. 10-14 days)

(Embroidery shop expects completion around first week in June with order received today)
Materials will be ordered upon receipt of production deposit/order

Lead time: approximately 8-10 weeks for full qty with partial shipments available upon request
with shipping charges at cost or collect on customer account

Deposit Amount for ordering of materials: $2,400.00
Final balance due will be calculated by qty shipped, shipping charges, and embroidery charges
and invoiced with payment due upon final shipment

Custom Strap Assembly:  CSA-Shoreline-1(nylon) 

Custom Strap: 1" x 0.070" (approx) thick Black Nylon Webbing heat cut to 56.5" length. End #1: 4" loop via 5.25" foldover and boxstitch. End #2: Doubled loop via 5.25" initial fold with second fold and boxstitch. Blk Bonded Nylon Thread Size #138.  Finished OAL = 42.5".

Lead time: approx. 2 weeks URO
